it has been 15 months since my delivery(ceserian). lots of weight put on. what to do lose tummy.suggest any exercise for diasis recti.i have back pain

A. Hello To lose weight, pls avoid sugar, sweets, fried foods, bakery foods, Start with yoga sana daily Also go for walking for atleast 30 minutes daily Include foods like milk, low fat paneer, curd, vegetables, Sprouts, boiled egg, soup fruit, daily
