Is tobramycin eye drop safe for new born babies if they have sticky, watery and white discharge in the eyes?

A. Hello mom This can be because of blocked tear ducts so there is no need anything on it. You should just clean your baby’s eyes with warm water and soft cotton twice a day. And don’t use any eyedrops still it is not advised by Dr. So1st consult with your doctor about it then only give any medication to your baby
