RashmiMom of a 11 yr 3 m old girl2 years agoA. Yes multivitamin iron and calcium or the mandatory wants to be taken because you know you do is a lot when you deliver a child your body also need strength and apart from that if you would want I would definitely suggest you omega-3 as well
