is there any problem having cramp n constipation in 5 week of pregnancy

A. it is better to avoid constipation by taking a liquid fibre diet please take adequate water green leafy vegetables and and seasonal fruits we can take during pregnancy no problem ok

A. Hi mommy Offer different varieties of food fruits vegetable pulses whole grains milk products in different shape colours patterns to make meal more interesting children are fussy eater at this age its all normal and common you can give food in puree liquid form or give some juice soup milkshake etc Do abdominal stretching exercise and go for walking every day atleast 15-20 minutes stay hydrated avoid junk food and bakery products like maida bread avoid stress stay happy
