Rai Das2 years agoA. Yes yes it's good to take gummies I m taking nutriburst health n bone gummies to boost up my immunity, goodness of calcium n vit d, 100% vegan good to have it during pregnancy

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children2 years agoA. better to take naturally available vitamins minerals in the form of fruits and vegetables ok. if there is no relief it is advisable to see the doctor for proper examination if there is need for proper investigations also both for diagnosis and treatment
