is tat ok for a lactating mom of a 7 month old to go for a intermittent fasting..or it will reduce milk supply

A. thank you for reaching out to us with this question I would definitely not recommend that because you need to keep hydrated you need to ensure that your having a well-balanced diet so eat anything like it but nutritious if you are trying to stay away and from junk food and oily food
