you can also do hot fomentation using a hot gel bag..
avoid spicy and oily food.
stay hydrated.
take iron calcium and multivitamins supplements regularly

ArinaGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. I understand how discomforting these cramps might be. Even I suffer from the same. Sirona Pain relief patches are good and effective. Give them a try. Also drink Fenugreek water during your cycles.

yes mam ,you can use .
they have no side effects.
but it would be better to keep your child away from that patch during breastfeeding.
because if by mistake a child touch it and touch his/her eyes ,face or nose,it can cause irritation.
