Is salty water good for hair?

A. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much. While salt water can add minerals to the hair and scalp but it can cause too much dryness to the hair and scalp. Salt water can affect the hair color and can weaken the hair follicles. It is not advisable to use salt water to wash hair. Thanks and take care
