Is salt good for 15 months old? He gets from curries we make at home. I don't give extra salt. But my family has been telling me to add salt while giving my son rice and curries with salt.

A. good morning whatever you are doing to the curry it is fine you don't need to give some extra salt to the child because salt as it is not considered good if consumed in too much of quantity
