Is pain induction safe in 40 week of pregnancy if cervix not open

A. Yes it is the doctors are basically doing it so that you can pull off a normal delivery because if the pregnancy is going to stretch further and if there is any kind of a problem then you will have to go for a C-section so this is a very good idea to get your pain induced
