AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 11 m old boy4 years agoA. Hi mom Yes, it will serve as one meal. U can give one whole boiled egg instead of giving only yolk to ur baby. Once ur baby completes one year then u can give all that you cook for your family. There is no restriction on that now. Take care
