Is oats good for 10 months baby some suggested me to add oats to my baby's food one time in a week

A. baby is already 10 months of age there is no problem you can give oats to the baby once in a week this is a very good millat rich source of fibre and minerals

A. Hi mom. Yes oats are good to give.. Oats are rich in fiber and rich in nutrients.. U can add dry fruits powder, or pureed vegetables to make it more healthy food.. U can give everyday also. There is no problem in that
