In my opinion, it is a myth but in traditional homes, people follow this things and believe in it. I personally don't believe in this. It depends upon how you respond to this myth.
I don't think it will cause any issue to baby. Start giving semi solid and solid food once baby completes 6 month. Give nuts like cashew almond pista chuhare etc for good immunity and strength once baby completes 1 year
