ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. yes now its been declared safe.To increase weight you must add high energy foods like eggs paneer , soya , ghee in rice , khichdi etc.this will boost him ok.

If You are talking about Covid 19 vaccination then it is not safe for you as of now see there is no proven theory behind it unnecessarily I would never advise you to take a chance with your pregnancy your child is precious so if you’re not is this vaccination as of now it is not going to make any difference it’s better to be safe right now
