Yes you can take them but folic acid medications are more important than any other medications and should be taken atleast 3 months before you conceive. So start right away

Yes you can give
Give ultra D3 drops and calcium supplements
Do some light exercise yoga regularly
Take healthy protein rich nutritious food fruits vegetables
Maintain hygiene
Give adequate water
Stay hydrated
Burp well after every feeding
