is it safe to add salt in 7 month baby's food?

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician8 months agoA. dont add. o will advice you to avoid adding sugar, salt in baby food till 1 yr of age. do not worry of food is bland n tasteless, as they already fo not know any taste.
