is it okay to use tampons for a 13 year old?

If your child is comfortable with it you can go ahead with that because a lot of countries and a lot of places specially when kids are swimming in all especially in India also girls use tampons which is completely fine so you can use it but just one time as it is a third-party insertion to the body of your child one time just check with your gynaecologist as well please
