Is it ok to give maftal spas to 2.5 month old baby? After giving it she stop crying immediately. Is it make any side effects?

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Crying of a Baby is mostly because of infantile colic and gas related discomfort which can be relieved by medicine like colicaid /gastica drops.
other reasons could be nasal blockage, ear pain, diaper rash and more which needs to be ruled out and managed accordingly . if you not give syrup meftal spas to the baby at this age
