is it ok to breast feed in side lying position for a three month old baby?

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy2 years agoA. there is no problem in giving breast feeding in lying position but at the same time you should keep the head of the child slightly elevated otherwise sometimes it can lead to aspiration in lungs as well as sometimes it can lead to milk going inside the ear of the child.
if the child is comdfortable then you can continue to give breastfeeding in the lying down position.
