Q.
Is it ok sometimes if newborn sleep while drinking milk and don’t burp ? And what should we do instead of if newborn don’t burp. ?

It does happen, and its quite normal, you may try to keep the baby in upright position for some time and pat lightly as such would be better

Dev DoadGuardian of a 10 m old boy8 months agoA. Do not Worry. sometimes burp sound doesn't like aloud. Though you can lie down by the tummy side your baby over your thighs and slightly soft rub through your palm.
