This is very commonly seen when a child gets a BCG vaccination done after that you can see this kind of a situation happening with a lot of kids lot of time so it is actually building Puss inside of it so you need to get it cleaned either with your doctor or yourself if you are not sure about how do you need to deal with it kindly consult your doctor
