Q.
Is it normal to have very light periods after D&C ? I miscarried at 11 weeks pregnant it was missed abortion. So doctor did D&C to clean the uterus. Is there any chance for endometrium to get thinner after D&C procedure? I’m really worried pls advise

ExpertDr Laxmi Chavan-SawantAyurvedic Gynaecologist 2 years agoA. yes it is normal to have light bleeding after D and C and no need to get stressed out about endometrium as after and C the endometrium remains good enough so you can conceive again
but take care not to conceive within 4 to 5 months to avoid any complications
