is it normal not having periods after delivery. it has been 7 months I haven't got my periods

A. Actually based on body nature it may depends.Sometime good feeding may delay periods , wat I felt

A. Hello , it's consider as normal because after pregnancy हार्मोन्स changes and it will takes time to rebalance.Most common reason for delayed periods after childbirth. When you're breastfeeding—especially exclusively—your body produces high levels of prolactin, the hormone that helps make milk. Prolactin suppresses ovulation, which in turn delays your period.

Few mothers get their periods immediately even while breastfeeding and few don’t get even after an year of delivery.
