Is it fine to take 3.5 months vaccination when baby is having slight cold and cough?

A. it is ok can be guven .Vaccine are important for prevention from many diseases so it should be given on time and not be delayed . Some delay is alright but vaccination chart should be followed and all vaccines are important that are in the chart .
