is it diaper rash or fungal infection plz help .and suggest what to do

Application of your breastmilk and coconut oil will help in this case. Use Himalaya baby cream everytime before using the diaper. Don't use diaper till rashes heals.
Use cotton happy in between two diaper uses. Actually diapers absorb moisture from skin that's why rashes occur.
