is if safe to switch from dexolac stage 1 powder to dexolac premium stage 1,

No As of now just go for the stages according to the age of your child you just cannot switch it because of your liking or anything if the current will be suiting your child and it is only for newborn kids and continue with that you can switch to the premium one once your child reaches that age with a premium milk can be introduced to the child
