is flutivate E cream safe to use on child skin u.e face and neck

A. Yes it is safe to be used and is not a problem but it’s always better to go for something which is good for all kind of a group and much better than what you are willing to you I would recommend you another one if you want you can go ahead with either of the two I would recommend you evion vitamin E cream
