ExpertDr Laxmi Chavan-SawantAyurvedic Gynaecologist 2 years agoA. internal sonography is done in early scan as it gives more accurate results than abdominal sonography
it is not that it can be done only in second pregnancy it can be even done in first pregnancy also

If your doctor advises you then you can go ahead with that there is no mandatory thing that you have to go for the scan if your Dr is going to advise you for this one then you can go ahead with that then only if it is needed the Dr is going to advise you otherwise not
