If you have missed your periods you can wait for one week more or else you can do a urine pregnancy test to know about the pregnancy result and consult with your doctor according to the result for medication

In 90% chances are there that the test result that you get is very much accurate and 10% of course not because we do not trust Home pregnancy test totally so I would recommend you to take a beta HCG or sonography with your doctor that’s going to clear the picture for you
