Sarika guptaMom of 2 children4 months agoA. mam it can be due to teething or may be any other infection also. it is advisable to get the baby evaluated by a doctor once. massage baby gums with clean cotton cloth for easy teething. also give homeopathic medicine bc21 to the baby.
