Is cerelac good for 13 month old baby. If not cerelac is there any other alternative. Because most of them say that cerelac has high sugar content . Is cerelac recommended?

Yes it does contain high amount of sugar , artifical flavours , preservatives hence it is always preferable to opt for home made and natural foods , as per the age the toddler can now be given all family foods
