is beetroot is good for 9 month old child.....potato cause Gas problems

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. beetroot is good.. sometimes potatoes can cause gases.. Give three meal and one snack a day Continue Giving bm or fm in between and on demand. .

AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 11 m old boy4 years agoA. Hi mom. Yes potatoes can cause gas issues. But not to everyone. So u can try giving potatoes to ur baby and see if ur baby is comfortable or not.. Yes u can give beetroot to ur baby. It is rich in iron and fiber and helps to get relief from constipation
