Is 7.8kgs an appropriate weight for my son? His age is 7months 8 days.

A. The average weight of a 7 months old boy should be around 6.7 to 9 kg. Your son is doing fine. There is no need to worry. Continue breast feeding or formula feeding as before. Give 3 solids meals along with atleast 2 sessions of breastfeeding or formula feeding per day. All the best.
