You cannot fenugreek all kind of green leafy vegetables fruits fibre rich diet good amount of liquid about 4 to 5 L per day along with that you can go ahead with giving taking good amount of protein is as well that’s also going to be quite helpful and lentils in a good amountWrite Your Answer Here
