In summer season also my baby hand and feet become cold

mostly hyper dynamic circulation causing more sweating and then evaporated sweat leading cooling

Hello ma’am That’s perfectly alright need not worry about it the temperature can change it can switch every time you are there but all these things are considered completely normal so don’t worry about all these things till the time your child is not showing any sign of discomfort you need not worry about it
