in my 9 month ultrasound there is showing my baby's facial mild flat kindly tell me there will be any issues after birth, In my anomaly scan they didn't find any issue but this 9 month scan showing issues

It is advisable to get yourself evaluated by a doctor and follow doctors advise properly.
