Q.

In my 30th week ultrasound, my baby is diagnosed with a mild swelling in both kidneys (AP diameter 8.5 mm right and 7.8 mm left). Report says, bilateral fetal renal pelvis is dilated with pelvicalyceal separation. What should I do?
