Im the mother of 1month 4week twins babys my both babies vomiting after taking milk I'm have visited the doctor multiple times but still vomiting both babies

A. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much and it is quite normal and please give baby proper feed and also feed in little bit upright position and also burp baby well and hold in upright position for 10-15 minutes after feed and burp. Take care
