A. hi as both kids are 3 years old ,they should stop taking night feeds. but if your both kids taking night feeds , to stop it ,you can try some tips and tricks. for example serve heavy food items like sheera, rab etc at night time meal. give warm milk before sleep time. try to put your child for sleep back by gently patting or rubbing his or her back. stay calm consistent and positive.
