im not able to lose weight even after breast feed what is the another option to lose weight while breast feed.

NikithaMom of a 10 yr 9 m old boy4 years agoA. hello it ca take some time to reduce your weight so not to worry.. have a healthy and nutritious balance food and in the diet and also you can slowly start with walking and excercise which can help to reduce your weight and keep you healthy and fit
