Neelam ChinnappaMom of a 7 yr 5 m old boy4 years agoA. thank you for reaching out US with this question I deletion not BTC this should not be so much of a lack of sleep can cause you to feel that also so please do not take this likely make sure you are getting enough hours of uninterrupted sleep as much as possible you can always pump breast milk and keep and task somebody else to feed the baby at night if that will help you recover quick and nature your having a well-balanced diet there are no diet restrictions for a breastfeeding mum so please make sure you eat everything
