Q.

i have anxiety since past 5-6 months.. im feeling tired dizzy ..is it because of anxiety or i have some serious disease?

A. See Could be due to anxiety also but since without proper check up it would be very difficult to say that is it only anxiety or you are having any other issue relating to this so you have to go for a proper check up regarding the same so consult a doctor what ever blood test or scan the recommended just go for them
