if my baby vomit after giving fever syrup can i give another time or no need , my baby is 49 days old yesterday we done vaccine

after half hour
after giving medicine if the child vomits out the medicine within 5 to 10 minutes then you have to wait for next half an hour and then you can repeat the medicine.
but if the child vomit after 10 minutesx then it would be advisable not to repeat the medicine
