If baby is sucking fingers and hands after feeding it means the baby doesnot getting enough milk

A. hi no.. not necessary that child remains hungry babies do this for comfort or just as a part of exploration of their body parts yes in some cases, babies do this due to hunger,so please check your child urine output and weight gain,if it is okay then no need to worry about it
