A. Regarding Speech Baby usually start mono syllable by 6 to 7 months of age then by syllable words come by 9 to 10 months of age then by 12 to 14 months of age baby say two to three words followed by jargon speech at 15-16 months . child can start saying simple sentences by two years of age . just make the child comfortable and do more interaction with the child so that he can learn to speak sentences properly. if the speech dodes not comes even by three years of asge you need to consult your doctor for a proper assessment of the child .

A. Hi dear mom. Yes u should consult with the speech therapist for the same as he will guide you better in this situation after the proper evaluation of the baby... Give ur baby image books, give toys that produce sounds of alphabets, numbers, colours etc.. This will help ur baby to repeat the dose words and starts to speak. And limit the screen time which is one of the reason for delayed speech
