Iam using santoor baby soap but skin will dry what can use soap to skin

A. you should apply a good moisture analyser after giving bath to you baby also you should keep baby well hydrated if baby is on breastfeed then you should have a lot of liquids and if baby has started taking food other than milk then you should give a lot of liquids to your baby also
