Iam the mother of 9 months old baby....I had heavy hair fall and my belly is like 5 months of pregnant....give some tips to reduce it mam

Hello ma’am For hair fall you can start applying almond oil mix with vitamin E E oil on a regular basis and use any shampoo which you want to but it should be chemical free the best is to go for baby shampoo. Apart from that for your extra belly would advise you to go for a walk out whatever suits you the best and start doing a diet so that you lose on your weight proportionately
