feed tummy full of food so they don't ask for milk from u ... n in other times if ur baby ask for milk u don't feed them try to feed bottle milk in first they ll cry alot... but mom has to be strong to overcome tat phase 👍🏻

u suddenly stopped breastfeeding.. it may b a cause of pain . u express milk so u ll feel better... u can feed ur baby tat expressed with bottle if u feel ok .. by doin slowly ur milk supply ll reduce n then it ll be normal fr u
