iam sir iam having a babe girl 3months old,she is suffering from gastrouble what to do,she go for motion once in a week ,wt to do

A. Gas in smaller babies is a very common and a Matter of concern most of the times for care giver. its mostly because of immaturity of the gut . formula feed or early introduction of cows milk in babies may be aggravating factor. proper burping after each feejuud is very important. Enzyme preparations like aglozyme or vitazyme can be beneficial.Also colicaid drops can be given.
