ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist3 years agoA. avoid spicy foods. Well, this looks ok but avoid self medication. try giving proper diet n don't miss on dose in this. see only the doctor who can see you in person can judge what is the right status. best to trust her
